Let’s be real. We all face stress in some aspect of our lives. Even the most chill humans eventually get stressed about something.
While we can’t avoid stress in its entirety we can do our part to help manage our stress and maintain good health; when we face challenges in our lives.
Now, I’m not going to tell you to go for walks or eat better, or to get more sleep, all of which are good suggestions though. I am going to tell you that even if you don’t feel stressed you should be aware of what causes you stress.
We can’t tame something if we can’t name it. That said – if you ever want to be the one in control of your stress you have to be able to identify and name where it’s coming from and why.
So my challenge to you is that you pay attention and find a way to name what stresses you.
