“Dreams come a size too big so we can grow into them.”
Have you ever felt like your dreams were crazy?
Well, you aren’t alone. Some dreams feel like they came about 5 sizes too big. They make us doubt our abilities, doubt our calling, and maybe even doubt our ability to dream. I mean, when everyone is telling you you’re crazy, you may start to believe it.
I think that dreams are seeds and we have to sow them before we can reap them.
There is no miracle grow, they don’t come pre-packaged and tied with a bow, they come undeveloped and unrefined. It’s up to us to make something out of the chaos that some of our dreams seem to be.
But how. Well, excellent question!
A good place to start is by writing them down. You don’t have to journal every day, but when you do dream put it on paper. Write down what you were feeling, what you accomplished, how you think you got there.
You can’t ever chase a dream if it keeps moving around. You have to nail it down, develop it a little. This way you can bring some clarity to the unknown and start coming at your dreams with confidence, knowing that you will grow.
