6 Weeks At A Startup

This week there were some ups and downs.

I would say I hit the biggest roadblock this week; however, I also had some major wins to cap it off.

I learned that persistence wins. I learned that mistakes are fixable. I learned that every win counts when you’re just learning to navigate a process.

I also found confidence on the phone. I feel so much more comfortable and equipped to navigate the conversation. I had to learn how to control the conversation, how to achieve a goal.

This was my 6th week at Ama La Vida. Next week I start the second wave of the sales cycle. I’m looking forward to it because it’s familiar, however, we took the process and are now running it with 4+ times the amount of people.

Here’s to processes that are both well thought-out and effective!

ps: My boss Foram spoke at a General Assembly event today and I got to capture it. It was a blast. Here are a few of my favorites.
