Life is filled with lots of great milestones. You start school, you go to homecoming for the first time, you start high school, you turn 16, you turn 18, you graduate, etc. However for some of us we choose not to live in those normal milestones, we choose to chase after some different ones.

In the past month here are a few of the milestones I’ve hit.

I moved to Chicago!

I started a new job!

I made new friends!

And the icing on the cake…

Today, I booked my first introduction meeting with a client.

For those of you that don’t know, I’m Ama La Vida’s Relationship Development Specialist. I seek after and form corporate relationships. I spend a lot of time sending emails that people don’t respond to and leaving voicemails in hopes the people will call me back. Getting my first meeting booked was amazing. I actually was so excited that I couldn’t focus for a few minutes.

My goal since day one has been to get a meeting scheduled. Today, that dream came true.

Now, on to bigger dreams!
