Laugh. A Lot.

Laughter is good for the soul.

More importantly, people who laugh a lot enjoy life more.

So laugh.

Laugh frequently, laugh hard, laugh even when it’s a little bit obnoxious, laugh when you are the only person who gets the joke, laugh and love it.

I’ve had the experience of authentic, rich, wholesome laughter at work, with friends, and most importantly towards myself. It’s freeing really to be able to look at something you said, or did and laugh about it.
