Today marked the completion of my third week working at Ama La Vida.

This week we started the sales cycle. Wednesday we began sending out emails and Thursday we began calling.

I learned that I’m really not bad at leaving voicemails. However, after my 20th I start forgetting my email address; and I occasionally forget how to pronounce words.

There was even this one occurrence where a gentleman answered the phone, seemed to be actively listening, however, hung up about 15 seconds into the conversation.

After all, when you can spend a solid 10 minutes laughing with your boss, it’s a fairly good week, amirgiht?

Overall, my experience with sales so far has been quite enjoyable. Here’s to many more weeks of many more exciting calls.
